Damon Dean Pease, Sr. was born Sept. 27, 1934 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Lester and Flora Mae (Smith) Pease.

He graduated Seminole High School in 1953 and enlisted in the US Army in 1954. He was stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas.

Damon married Dolores Dee Hines of Seminole on April 26, 1957. They had three children; daughter Donna J. Sullins and husband Doug of Piedmont, Oklahoma and their child Erin Ostby, son Damon D. Pease, Jr. and wife Denise of Norman, Oklahoma, and their child Amber El Ghezllane and step son Brett Shaw, daughter Lori A Johnson and the late Tim Johnson of Mustang and their children Jansen B. Johnson and Joren D. Coggins.

He also had six great grandchildren.

Damon went to work for Lane Wells in 1963 in Seminole, which later sold to Dresser Atlas.

In 1976, he was transferred to Perry, Oklahoma as a sales manager. In 1981 he was transferred to Yukon to manage the company.

In 1992, he retired and moved to Mustang, where he resided until his death.

In Damon’s spare time and after retirement he enjoyed working on small engines for himself and others.
