William “Bill” Henry Wainford, age 60, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016. He was born in Victorville, CA on October 1, 1955. Bill was raised by his father, Chuck, and paternal grandmother Nanny.
He grew up in Apple Valley, California. Bill and his wife, Carolyn owned and operated Wainford Charter Lines from 1989-1992. In 1996 they moved to Belgrade, Minnesota where he owned Motorcoach Maintenance.
In 2010 they settled in Yukon to be closer to family. Bill was a hard- working man who loved his family and friends. He also enjoyed traveling the country, playing Xbox and watching his beloved LA Rams.
Bill is preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey (March 1, 2006), his father Chuck and his paternal grandmother Nanny.
Bill is survived by his wife of 26 years, Carolyn, his son Michael and his wife Lindsay and their son Brooks, and also by his daughter, Shelby and her husband Mathew and Bill’s siblings: Charles, Jon, Mary Ann, Marlene, Jackie and Tammy.
A memorial service was held Oct. 3 at McNeil’s Funeral Service, Mustang.
