Southwest Covenant Schools, located at 2300 S. Yukon Parkway in Yukon, will graduate 22 high school seniors on Thurs., May 26, at 7 p.m. The commencement ceremony will be held in the sanctuary at Covenant Community Church, 2250 S. Yukon Parkway in Yukon.

Yukon 66 Main Street Association (Y66MSA) is hosting “Yukon’s Best History Contest” the entire month of May. Hundreds of dollars in prizes are available for contestants to win. Weekly prizes will be awarded in three age categories: adult, youth, and children. Grand prizes, all worth at least $100, will be awarded at the end of May, drawn from all entries.

Yukon High School graduate Shariah Anderson has been accepted to Harvard University. After graduating from Yukon High School in 2016, Shariah began her college career at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK.
